Scot Davis – Co-Founder

Scot has been building homes for over 30 years, which gives him a near-flawless understanding of the construction process.  Scot enjoys meeting directly with clients to create a home plan that meets the specifications and individuality of each homeowner.  Through his understanding of the client’s needs, careful planning, and hands-on service, the whole experience is extremely comfortable, refreshing, and satisfying.  He is a Heber City native and is very active in the community, participating in the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation and coaching a girls fast pitch softball team.  He has 3 daughters.

Ed Clyde – Co-Founder

Scot credits Ed as “the craftsman” of the CD Construction team.  Ed’s skill and craftsmanship is unsurpassed as he approaches every home with the same care as he would if it were his own, while focusing on the needs and wants of the client.  Ed has been building homes for more than 30 years and addresses each one with the highest level of detail and understanding.  He is a Heber City native with 4 children and 14 grandchildren.  Ed loves sharing his ranch with his family and is very active in the local FFA and wrestling teams.

Wendy Cluff – Office Manager

Wendy comes from a career in banking and has been with CD Construction for 5 years managing the billing and accounting department.  She works with each client and their lender, tracking costs and payments to ensure each home stays within budget.  Wendy keeps CD Construction operating smoothly allowing for Scot and Ed to focus solely on client’s homes.  She loves hunting and the outdoors especially with her 3 daughters.
